What a question looks like

How scores work

One method, worded the same way every time

Same scale everywhereEvery level uses the same question library and the same 0–5 scale, so a score means the same thing wherever you start.
Your answers, a documented methodEach score comes from your own answers and one documented method. The same answers always give the same score.
Don’t know is an honest answerDon’t know and Not applicable are left out of the score, so they never pull it up or down. If more than half of an area’s answers are either one, that area shows “Not enough answers to score” rather than a guess.
