Zanto AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and business type when you submit our contact form.
- Communication Preferences: The service or solution you express interest in when contacting us.
- Message Content: Any additional details or messages you provide through our contact form.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our site.
Readiness Pulse Assessments
We publish more than one free Readiness Pulse — currently the Manufacturing AI Readiness Pulse for manufacturing and the Healthcare Operations Readiness Pulse. When you complete any of them, we collect:
- Contact Details: Your name, work email and company, and optionally your job title, number of sites and industry.
- Your Answers: Your answers to the assessment and the readiness scores calculated from them.
- Technical Data: The country your request came from and your browser type, used to prevent abuse.
We use this information to show you your results, to email you a copy of your score, to follow up about those results if you agreed to be contacted, and to improve the assessments.
"What did we miss?" At the end of a Pulse or a Report questionnaire we may ask, optionally, which topics you would have liked more questions about, with a short note. We save your ticks and your note as you wrote them, except that we remove any email address or phone number, so we can improve our questions, and we may show them back to you in your report. Please don't include names or patient details.
No patient information. The Healthcare Operations Readiness Pulse assesses operational workflow only — queues, handoffs, approvals, forms and rework. It does not ask about patients, diagnosis, treatment or clinical care, and we do not request, collect or store Protected Health Information through it.
Benchmarks. If you check the optional benchmark box, we may include your scores — with your name, email and company removed — in combined industry comparisons. We only publish a comparison when it combines at least 10 organizations, so that no single company can be identified. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing mpalomino@zantoai.com.
Storage and Retention. Assessment submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are accessible only to authorized Zanto AI staff. We keep them for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Purchases and Payment
When you buy a paid report or engagement, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your payment details directly; Zanto AI does not receive or store your full card number.
From a purchase we receive your name, email address, billing country, and details of what you bought. We use your email address to identify which assessment submission the purchase relates to and to deliver the report you paid for. Stripe processes your information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We keep purchase records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, which may be longer than the 3-year period that applies to assessment submissions.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Send you an automated confirmation email and/or SMS text message when you submit our contact form.

SMS and Email Communications
When you submit our contact form and provide your phone number, you consent to receiving an automated SMS text message confirming your submission. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

SMS Text Messaging Program
Our SMS program collects and uses your mobile phone number to send you automated text messages related to your inquiry and service follow-ups. The following terms apply:
- Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per month.
- Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- To get help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

Your mobile phone number is collected only when you voluntarily provide it on our contact form and actively check the SMS opt-in checkbox. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties except our SMS provider (Twilio) for message delivery.
