How to Opt In

Method 1: Text Message

Send a text message with the keyword START to:

(254) 414-2822

You will receive a confirmation message back confirming your opt-in.

Method 2: Web Form

Visit our contact form at www.zantoai.com, enter your mobile phone number, and check the consent box to opt in.

This checkbox is displayed on our contact form and must be actively checked by the user (not pre-checked).

SMS Program Terms

  • Program: Zanto AI SMS notifications and follow-up communications.
  • Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per month. You may receive an initial confirmation message and follow-up responses related to your inquiry.
  • Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • To get help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also opt out by emailing mpalomino@zantoai.com.
  • Support contact: mpalomino@zantoai.com
  • Carriers: Messages are delivered via Twilio and may be routed through participating carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
