These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zanto AI website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zanto AI website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Services
Zanto AI provides AI strategy, automation, digital growth, and human intelligence solutions across three layers: Zanto Human, Zanto Transform, and Zanto Growth. Engagements above the products listed below have their offerings, pricing and deliverables agreed in separate service agreements or statements of work.
Assessments and Reports
Free assessments. We publish free Readiness Pulse assessments, currently for manufacturing and for healthcare operations. They are provided at no charge and without warranty. Your score is calculated from the answers you give.
Readiness Report ($1,199). A written report generated from the answers you submitted in a free Readiness Pulse. It is delivered as a PDF by email, normally the same business day and in any case within two business days of purchase.
A completed assessment is required. The report is generated from your assessment answers, so a completed Readiness Pulse is required before one can be produced. If you purchase without having completed one, we will email you the link.
What you are purchasing. The Readiness Report is a digital document generated from your own submitted answers. On delivery it is yours to keep, use and share within your organization indefinitely. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.
If we get it wrong, we fix it. If we generate your report from the wrong submission, send you someone else's report, or send a file you cannot open, tell us and we will produce the correct report at no charge. Write to mpalomino@zantoai.com.
What a report is not. Assessments and reports are informational. They score the practices you describe and suggest next steps; they are not legal, financial, medical, clinical or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment. Decisions you take on the basis of a score or a report remain yours.
Use of Our Site
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using our contact form.
- Not use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our Site or systems.
- Not scrape, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
Contact Form and Communications
When you submit our contact form, you consent to being contacted by Zanto AI via email and/or SMS text message at the phone number and email address you provide. You acknowledge that:
- You will receive an automated confirmation email and/or SMS upon form submission.
- SMS messages may be sent using a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio).
- Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- You may opt out of email communications by contacting mpalomino@zantoai.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zanto AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimers
Our Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanto AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services.
Third-Party Services
Our Site may integrate with or use third-party services (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Cloudflare for email delivery). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zanto AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Site or services or your violation of these Terms.
SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to the following terms:
- Program: Zanto AI SMS notifications and follow-up communications.
- Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per month. You may receive an initial confirmation message and follow-up responses related to your inquiry.
- Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- To get help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also opt out by emailing mpalomino@zantoai.com.
- Support contact: For SMS support, email mpalomino@zantoai.com.
- Carriers: Messages are delivered via Twilio and may be routed through participating carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS program terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Zanto AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
