Every area. Every question. The ten moves that lift your score fastest.
The free Pulse shows where you stand and names your three weakest areas. The Readiness Report covers every area: every answer you gave, the exact next level up for each one, and a sequenced plan for the next 90 days. Then it goes deep on the three areas you choose. Built only from your answers, reviewed by a person, delivered as a PDF.

The full table of contents, and one real example
What is actually in a Readiness Report
The full table of contents, the real page count, and one worked example lifted straight out of a report. Every number below is what a report actually contains — not a description of one.
The full package most consulting firms would charge tens of thousands of dollars for.
Your data pack and the Zanto Executive Readiness Dashboard, free with every report
Your data becomes yours to use in your own reporting. Alongside your 50+ page report you now get:
- Your data pack — every answer, score and numbered action as CSV and Excel files, with a data dictionary, ready for Excel or Power BI. Your analysts can build on it the day it arrives.
- The Zanto Executive Readiness Dashboard — a branded Power BI dashboard of your own numbers: your readiness at a glance, gaps and actions, and your focus areas. Open it in Power BI, filter it by area, cost and phase, and build on it. On its own, a dashboard like this is usually a paid project; here it is included.

The seventeen sections, in orderAfter a one-page executive summary, built to be forwarded
- Where you stand, area by area — every area charted on the same 0–5 scale.
- The shape of your answers — where all 25 answers landed across the 0–5 scale. Two operations can share a score and look nothing alike here.
- What this pattern means — not your scores, what the shape of them implies: a weak spot or a pattern, and what a wide gap between your best and worst area usually indicates.
- Findings — what your particular combination of answers tends to mean in practice, and what to do about each, with the key points boxed so they can't be missed. Drawn from a library of patterns built on more than thirty years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing and other industries; the ones that match your answers are the ones you get.
- A visibility finding — if you answered “Don't know” more than once, that is a measurement gap rather than a maturity gap, and the fix is different.
- What it takes to reach the next level — the arithmetic: which areas have to come up, by how much, and the questions on the shortest path.
- Current position against the next level — every area charted with a marker where the target sits.
- The ten moves that lift the score fastest — your lowest-scoring questions, each paired with the exact next rung of its own ladder.
- A 90-day sequence — the same moves ordered by what has to happen first, in 30/60/90-day phases.
- Every area in full — each area's score and every question underneath it, with the answer you gave and the numbered next step.
- Your three focus areas, in depth — the areas you chose, from the Report questionnaire: where each stands against the goal you set for 12 months out, which reports are still produced by hand, where the data lives, what goes wrong and what it costs, and recommendations grouped by what they cost, from no cost to the long-term vision.
- The scale — what each level from 0 to 5 means, so the number is auditable.
- What this report cannot tell you — the honest edge of a self-reported instrument, and which of your scores are a floor rather than a reading.
- Re-scoring in 90 days — how to measure movement like for like.
- Action checklist — every action in the report, numbered as it appears above, grouped by area and by cost, with owner and date columns. The ten fastest are starred.
- Your readiness at a glance — the executive dashboard: your score, the gap in every area, where the opportunity is, your focus areas against your goals, and an action map of every action by area and by cost.
- Where this goes next — the five levels, where you are on them, and the next step if you want to go further.
How it reaches youOne documented method, reviewed by a person, within one business day
Every question, rung and move comes from one documented method, and the wording never changes between reports, so a score means the same thing every time. After you buy, you choose your three focus areas and answer the Report questionnaire; it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. When you finish, your report is prepared, reviewed by a person, and sent to you as a PDF within one business day, built to survive being forwarded to someone who has never met us.
One worked exampleA single question, exactly as it appears in a report
This is a single question out of twenty-five, exactly as it appears in a report:
Your report has twenty-four more like it, one for each of the other questions you answer. We publish one rather than a complete sample on purpose: a full report carries every question and every rung of the ladder behind your score, which is the assessment method itself. You get all of it. It is not sitting on a public page.
Requires a completed Pulse — the report is generated from your own answers. Haven't taken one? Start there; it's free.
When the Report fits, and when something else does
Before you buy
How long does the questionnaire take? About 70 questions on the three areas you choose, more if OEE & Loss Capture is one of them. It saves as you go, so you can do it in more than one sitting.
How fast is the report? Within one business day of finishing the questionnaire. Every report is reviewed by a person before it is sent, so one finished late on a Friday arrives on Monday.
Do I have to take the Pulse first? Yes. The report is built from your Pulse answers, so it needs one. It's free and takes about 15 minutes; if you buy first, we send you the link.
Is anything written about us by hand? No. Every score, rung and move comes from one documented method and your own answers, so a score means the same thing every time and nothing in it is a sales pitch.
What can't it tell me? It reflects one person's answers. The report says plainly where your scores are a floor rather than a reading, and which answers came back “Don’t know.”
Can I share it? Yes; it's written to be forwarded to a sponsor or a team that never saw the assessment.
Questions before buying? Ask us; a person replies within 24 hours. Or read the FAQ.
