You see your score straight away on one 0–5 scale, your three weakest areas, and a first step for each. No login, no cost, no sales call.

The Pulse is free. The Readiness Report is $1,199, plus applicable sales tax, and it requires a completed Pulse. No call is required.

Within one business day of finishing the questionnaire, it is prepared, reviewed by a person and sent to you as a PDF.

Choose Don’t know; it counts as something to find out. A Don’t know is left out of the average, so it does not lower your score; if more than half of an area is Don’t know or Not applicable, that area shows “Not enough answers to score”. If a question does not apply to you, choose Not applicable and it is left out of the score.

Your answers build your report and your data pack and are not shown to other companies. Your responses are scored by a fixed, auditable method, not an AI model. No model reads, summarizes or writes about your answers.

No. It looks at the work around care, such as queues, handoffs, approvals and forms. It asks nothing about patients and collects no health information.

Yes. Take the Pulse again with the same email after 90 days, and the movement is measured like for like, area by area.
