Opening it
Two ways, no new software needed to look
In your browserOpen the dashboard page in your data pack folder. It shows your own numbers and needs nothing else.
In Power BI DesktopOpen the dashboard file and, when it asks, point it to the folder where you saved your data pack. It then reads your tables.
Reset the viewEach page has a Reset filters button, so you can always get back to the full picture.
Build on itThe data dictionary in the pack explains every column, so your team can add its own pages.
Good to know
It shows the day of your report
A snapshot of the day it was builtThe dashboard reads the files in your data pack. It shows the numbers as they were when your report was built.
Scores that could not be givenAn area with too many “Don’t know” answers shows “Not enough answers” instead of a number.
