Three areasThe ones you chose. Each area shows how many questions it has and about how long it takes.
About 25 seconds a questionThe start page adds it up for you, so you know the total before you begin.
Answer for todayDescribe the operation as it is now, not as you hope it will be.
Your answers stay with youThey build your report and your data pack. They are not shown to other companies.
While you answer
Stop any time, come back to the same link
Saved as you goEvery answer is saved as you give it. The top of the page shows the save state.
A link that lasts 30 daysClose the page and open the same link again within 30 days. You pick up where you left off.
“Don’t know” is a real answerIf you cannot say, choose it. The report treats it as something to find out, not as a zero.
Share the questionsIf someone else knows an area better, send them the link to answer that part.
When you finish
Finish and send
Every question has an answerThe Finish button works once every question has a value. “Don’t know” counts. Any question left open is named, not hidden.
Your report followsWithin one business day of finishing the questionnaire.
A reminder if you stopIf you start and do not finish, you might get a short reminder email with the same link.
