Where Intelligence Becomes WorkforceEveryone’s selling you AI. We show you where it actually pays off.
Every AI vision starts with a digital transformation journey. That journey starts with an assessment. Zanto’s AI readiness intelligence platform scores your whole operation, area by area, and turns your answers into a packaged readiness intelligence report, before you spend a dollar on tools.
The method consulting firms charge tens of thousands of dollars for, at a fraction of the cost. Start free and work up, one level at a time:

Do you know what share of your team’s day goes to admin rather than the work they were hired to do?
Not a quiz. A new kind of AI consulting platform, with 30+ years of expertise built into its brain.
It reads your answers, matches them against a library no consultant could carry in their head, and prescribes what to fix first. Readiness intelligence, packaged and delivered at software speed.

One AI & digital transformation readiness platform. Three ways to use it.
Zanto is an online assessment platform: it asks the questions a consulting team would, scores every area of your operation and writes the report and the action plan. You choose how much of the work we do with you.
A digital assessment and report package. The platform asks the questions, scores every area and hands you the report, the data pack and the dashboard.
Level 1 Free Pulse · Level 2 Readiness Report, $1,199 2Run it with us guidingA digital consultation plus report package. A Zanto consultant kicks it off by video, 3 to 10 of your people answer separately, and we read the results with your team and agree on the plan.
Level 3 Readiness Snapshot, $3,499 3Have us run it for youA full consultation delivered on the platform: every site, department and function scored, with evidence behind each score.
Level 4 Private Consultation · Level 5 Your own platform · customSame intelligence, same 0–5 scale and the same outputs, however you choose to work.
AI rarely fails on the technology. It stalls on the operation underneath it.
Most manufacturing plants and health systems already have a pilot or two. The hard part is the step after: making it repeatable, trusted and paid back across every site. These are the four places it usually breaks, and each one is scored in the Pulse.
The pilot worked. The rollout didn't.
One line or one unit proves the idea, then every other site runs the process differently and the gains never repeat.
The Pulse scores this Data foundationsNobody trusts the number in the meeting.
Downtime, scrap or wait times live in spreadsheets and on whiteboards, so any model built on them inherits the arguments.
The Pulse scores this AdoptionThe tool shipped. The habits didn't change.
When the people doing the work are not part of the design, new systems get worked around within a month.
The Pulse scores this ExpertiseYour best people are carrying it in their heads.
As experienced staff retire or move on, the know-how that keeps the operation running leaves with them unless it is captured first.
The Pulse scores thisFind out which one is holding you back. 25 questions, a score for every area and the first step for your weakest three.
Find out where you actually stand
The Pulse is the front door to everything below. It is the same scoring method we use in paid engagements, cut down to the twenty-five questions that separate an operation that is ready from one that only sounds ready. Pick the one that matches your work.
For plant managers, operations and continuous-improvement leaders. Scores leadership, process, OEE and loss capture, data, connectivity, reporting, maintenance and quality, people, and AI governance.
Start now →For department and operations leaders in health systems, post-acute and home health. Scores the work around care — queues, handoffs, approvals, forms, re-entry, rework. It asks nothing about patients, diagnosis or treatment, and collects no PHI.
Start now →Is your industry or operation different? We build an automated readiness assessment and report unique to your company, your operations and your needs, on the same platform and the same 0–5 scale. Tell us your industry and role and we will scope it with you.
- Answer 25 questionsPlain language, no jargon, about fifteen minutes. “Don't know” is a valid answer — and a meaningful one.
- Get scored area by areaEvery area is scored independently, on the same 0–5 scale whichever assessment you take — so a 3 means the same thing in a hospital as in a manufacturing plant. Scoring happens on our side, so the number is real.
- See your weakest areas and the first move in eachNot a sales page. The three lowest-scoring areas and a practical first step in each one, whether you do it with us or on your own.
What comes back
- An overall readiness score from 0 to 5
- Every area scored independently, charted
- Your three weakest areas, named
- A concrete first step for each of them
- Your results by email, so you keep them whether or not we ever speak

The assessment finds it. Then we help you fix it.
A traditional readiness study from a consulting firm can run to tens of thousands of dollars and take weeks before anyone sees a number. Here you can have a score today. The method is standard — the same library and the same 0–5 scale every time, so a Pulse score and a Report score mean the same thing — but what comes back is built only from your answers, so no two results read alike. You can stop at any point, and nothing is wasted if you go further. What they all return is findings; when you want a finding turned into working software, that is a custom engagement, tailored to your needs.

Where do we stand? A scored snapshot across every area, with your weakest three called out and a first step in each. Manufacturing or healthcare operations.
Start now →The Pulse names your weakest three areas. This covers every area — every question you answered, the exact next rung of its own ladder, and the ten moves that lift your score fastest — then goes deep on the three areas you choose, with a short questionnaire after you buy. 50+ pages, 70+ numbered actions, built only from your own answers, and nothing about it is a sales call.
The step up from the Report is breadth and depth. Three to ten people across your departments and functions at one facility answer separately, so the places they disagree come to the surface. That is usually where the real problem sits. You get everything in the Readiness Report, built from the whole group, plus deeper Level 2 questions in every area, where each person stands and who sees what differently, and we finish with a one-hour readout and an action tracker with a suggested owner for every action.
Scores each department, function or location as well as each area, so you can see exactly where the problem sits — one unit, one site, one shift — rather than “the process” in the abstract. Ends with a ranked opportunity list.
The complete discovery: every area, every department, function and location, evidence attached to every score, and a phased roadmap with a 90-day re-score built into it.

What is actually in a Readiness Report
The full table of contents, the real page count, and one worked example lifted straight out of a report. Every number below is what a report actually contains — not a description of one.
The full package most consulting firms would charge tens of thousands of dollars for.
Your data pack and the Zanto Executive Readiness Dashboard, free with every report
Your data becomes yours to use in your own reporting. Alongside your 50+ page report you now get:
- Your data pack — every answer, score and numbered action as CSV and Excel files, with a data dictionary, ready for Excel or Power BI. Your analysts can build on it the day it arrives.
- The Zanto Executive Readiness Dashboard — a branded Power BI dashboard of your own numbers: your readiness at a glance, gaps and actions, and your focus areas. Open it in Power BI, filter it by area, cost and phase, and build on it. On its own, a dashboard like this is usually a paid project; here it is included.

The seventeen sections, in orderAfter a one-page executive summary, built to be forwarded
- Where you stand, area by area — every area charted on the same 0–5 scale.
- The shape of your answers — where all 25 answers landed across the 0–5 scale. Two operations can share a score and look nothing alike here.
- What this pattern means — not your scores, what the shape of them implies: a weak spot or a pattern, and what a wide gap between your best and worst area usually indicates.
- Findings — what your particular combination of answers tends to mean in practice, and what to do about each, with the key points boxed so they can't be missed. Drawn from a library of patterns built on more than thirty years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing and other industries; the ones that match your answers are the ones you get.
- A visibility finding — if you answered “Don't know” more than once, that is a measurement gap rather than a maturity gap, and the fix is different.
- What it takes to reach the next level — the arithmetic: which areas have to come up, by how much, and the questions on the shortest path.
- Current position against the next level — every area charted with a marker where the target sits.
- The ten moves that lift the score fastest — your lowest-scoring questions, each paired with the exact next rung of its own ladder.
- A 90-day sequence — the same moves ordered by what has to happen first, in 30/60/90-day phases.
- Every area in full — each area's score and every question underneath it, with the answer you gave and the numbered next step.
- Your three focus areas, in depth — the areas you chose, from the Report questionnaire: where each stands against the goal you set for 12 months out, which reports are still produced by hand, where the data lives, what goes wrong and what it costs, and recommendations grouped by what they cost, from no cost to the long-term vision.
- The scale — what each level from 0 to 5 means, so the number is auditable.
- What this report cannot tell you — the honest edge of a self-reported instrument, and which of your scores are a floor rather than a reading.
- Re-scoring in 90 days — how to measure movement like for like.
- Action checklist — every action in the report, numbered as it appears above, grouped by area and by cost, with owner and date columns. The ten fastest are starred.
- Your readiness at a glance — the executive dashboard: your score, the gap in every area, where the opportunity is, your focus areas against your goals, and an action map of every action by area and by cost.
- Where this goes next — the five levels, where you are on them, and the next step if you want to go further.
How it reaches youOne documented method, reviewed by a person, within one business day
Every question, rung and move comes from one documented method, and the wording never changes between reports, so a score means the same thing every time. After you buy, you choose your three focus areas and answer the Report questionnaire; it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. When you finish, your report is prepared, reviewed by a person, and sent to you as a PDF within one business day, built to survive being forwarded to someone who has never met us.
One worked exampleA single question, exactly as it appears in a report
This is a single question out of twenty-five, exactly as it appears in a report:
Your report has twenty-four more like it, one for each of the other questions you answer. We publish one rather than a complete sample on purpose: a full report carries every question and every rung of the ladder behind your score, which is the assessment method itself. You get all of it. It is not sitting on a public page.
Requires a completed Pulse — the report is generated from your own answers. Haven't taken one? Start there; it's free.
See everything in the Readiness ReportShow lessWhat is actually in a Readiness Snapshot
The step up from the Report is breadth and depth. 3 to 10 people from the departments and functions you choose, plus a sponsor, answer separately, so the places they disagree come to the surface. That is usually where the real problem sits. You also choose 3 focus areas to go deepest on. Below is the full contents of a real Snapshot report, section by section.
The full package most consulting firms would charge tens of thousands of dollars for.
Your group’s data pack and the Zanto Executive Readiness Dashboard, free with every Snapshot

The nine sections, in orderAfter a contents page, a “Find your area” table, an “If you lead…” guide and a one-page executive summary
- Section 1 · Your group’s Readiness Report — every section of the Readiness Report: where you stand area by area, the shape of your answers, what the pattern means, the findings, what it takes to reach the next level, the ten moves that lift the score fastest, a 90-day sequence and every area in full. Built on your group’s middle answer to each question, not one person’s view.
- Section 2 · Your three focus areas, in depth — the three areas you choose at the kickoff, each answered in depth by the person who owns it.
- Section 3 · Who sees what — who answered and who didn’t; how far apart your people are in every area; where the roles disagree and which pairs of people differ most; who points at whom; office and floor; the common ground; the ten agreed moves; and every question with every person’s answer, including the deeper Level 2 questions.
- Section 4 · One page per person — each person against the group, then their full answer sheet beside the group’s middle answers.
- Section 5 · The readout agenda — the optional 60-minute readout, pre-filled from your answers, so the call goes straight to what matters. If you skip the call, it reads as a guide for your own team meeting.
- Section 6 · Action checklist — every action in the report, numbered once, with a suggested owner. The same list comes as a spreadsheet tracker.
- Section 7 · Your readiness at a glance — the executive dashboard: your group’s position, the range of views and the disagreement map.
- Section 8 · Limits, the scale and re-scoring — what several self-reports still cannot tell you, what each level from 0 to 5 means, and how to re-score in 90 days.
- Section 9 · Where this goes next — the five levels, where you are on them, and the next step if you want to go further.
What only a group can showThe range, the disagreements and the common ground
- The range, not an average — your result reads “between X and Y, depending on who you ask.” Averaging would hide the very thing you need to see.
- Where your people disagree — the questions where roles answer furthest apart, side by side. Each one is a question to ask in the readout, not a verdict.
- Who points at whom — when one role scores another role’s area low and that role scores itself high, the report says so.
- Common ground — what everyone agrees on: the strengths you can build on and the gaps nobody will argue about.
- A level deeper — Level 2 questions in every area go beneath the 25 core questions, answered by everyone. They are only in the Snapshot; the Report goes deeper on three areas you choose.
- Ten moves, weighted by agreement — the moves most of your people already back come first, so the plan starts where it will get traction.
One worked exampleA single disagreement, as the executive summary shows it
From a sample Snapshot built on a fictional manufacturing plant and six synthetic respondents. The executive summary opens with the range:
Then the three biggest disagreements, each with who said what. The first:
The same question, two people, opposite ends of the scale. That gap is what the readout is for.
How it runs, start to finishAbout two weeks from kickoff to readout
- Kickoff by video conference call, 30 minutes — we agree on the facility, the departments and functions in play, who answers (3 to 10 roles from a fixed list) and your three focus areas.
- Everyone answers separately — you forward one link. Each person spends about 30 minutes; the owner of each focus area answers its in-depth questions too. The link stays open for 14 days.
- Named by default — each person gives their name and job title, so you can compare who said what. Choose role-only at the kickoff if your culture needs it; everyone is told which before the first question.
- The report — prepared, reviewed by a person and sent as a PDF with your data files and the action tracker.
- Optional readout by video conference call, 60 minutes — if you want it, we walk your team through the disagreements, the common ground and the ten agreed moves, and agree on who owns each.
Manufacturing or healthcare operations — one facility, 3 to 10 people plus a sponsor, all online. More than one facility or more than 10 people is a custom Private Consultation.
See everything in the Readiness SnapshotShow lessPrivate Consultation, Your own platform and custom work
Levels 1 to 3 are self-serve. Levels 4 and 5 are private consultations: scoped with you, tailored to your needs and priced by proposal, never by the day.
- Level 4 · Private Consultation — scores each department, function or location as well as each area, so you can see exactly where the problem sits (one unit, one site, one shift) rather than “the process” in the abstract. Ends with a ranked opportunity list. Priced on: sites or departments in scope, remote or on site, and how many areas you want covered.
- Level 5 · Your own platform — a custom build: your own platform, white label or resale. By conversation only.
- From findings to working software — a custom consultation can go further than a report: one functional area taken all the way down (OEE and downtime capture, maintenance, quality, data and connectivity, or the healthcare equivalent in intake, discharge or approvals) rebuilt as apps and dashboards your people actually use on Monday. Priced on: the area, the systems it has to touch, and what ships at the end.
Most engagements arrive here. The assessments exist to make sure the work is pointed at the right thing, because building in the wrong area is an expensive way to automate a problem you did not have.
